摘  要:采用透射电镜(TEM)、显微硬度计、电导仪等研究了单级与双级时效处理对Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明:与单级时效相比,双级时效处理的Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金硬度有所降低,导电率明显提高。双级时效的终时效温度为140~180℃,终时效时间在8~14 h,随着时效温度的升高和时效时间的增加,合金试样的硬度均逐渐降低,导电率均逐渐升高。Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金经475℃×4 h的固溶处理后,再进行120℃×8 h+160℃×12 h双级时效后,试样导电率达到37.6%IACS,比120℃×24 h单级时效处理试样的导电率提高了25.8%。The effects of single-stage and two-stage aging treatments on the microstructure and properties of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy were studied by transmission electron microscope(TEM),microhardness tester and conductivity meter.The results show that,the hardness of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy treated by two-stage aging is lower and the conductivity is obviously higher than that of single-stage aging.The final aging temperature of two-stage aging is 140-180℃and the final aging time is 8-14 h,with the increase of aging temperature and aging time,the hardness of the alloy samples decreases gradually and the conductivity increases gradually.After solid solution treatment at 475℃×4 h and double stage aging at 120℃×8 h+160℃×12 h,the conductivity of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy reaches 37.6%IACS,which is 25.8%higher than that of single stage aging treatment at 120℃×24 h.
