摘  要:利用铝合金淬火热处理炉、真空烘干箱、万能拉力机、金相显微镜、透射电子显微镜等设备研究了在不同热处理制度下新型建筑用Al-Cu-Mn热挤压变形铝合金的微观组织和力学性能。结果表明,该Al-Cu-Mn合金最佳固溶热处理温度为543℃。随着时效保温时间的增加,抗拉强度先升高后下降,保温14 h时,铝合金最高抗拉强度达到480 MPa。此时,合金的微观组织主要由α-Al、T相和Al2Cu组成,时效析出强化相主要由θ''相和θ'相组成。该合金最优热处理工艺制度为543℃×45 min+175℃×14 h。By using aluminum alloy quenching heat treatment furnace,vacuum dryer,universal tension machine,metallographic microscope,transmission electron microscope and other equipment,the microstructure and mechanical properties of a new type of Al-Cu-Mn hot extruded aluminum alloy for building under different heat treatment conditions were studied.The results show that,the optimum solid solution heat treatment temperature of the Al-Cu-Mn alloy is 543℃.With the increase of aging holding time,the tensile strength increases at first and then decreases.The maximum tensile strength of aluminum alloy reaches 480 MPa after 14 h heat preservation.At this time,the microstructure of the alloy is mainly composed ofα-Al,T phase and Al2Cu.The aging precipitation strengthening phase is mainly composed ofθ''phase andθ'phase.The optimum heat treatment process of the alloy is 543℃×45 min 175℃×14 h.
