摘　　要：目的分析静止性脑梗死(SCI)的元认知特征。方法应用简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)、情景记忆知晓感量表(FOK-EM)、语义记忆知晓感量表(FOK-SM)对经CT或MRI证实的143例SCI患者进行神经心理学测评,并与正常对照组129例进行比较。结果 (1)MMSE:研究组与对照组记忆力、定向力、回忆能力、注意力、计算力、语言能力、总分等项目存在显著性差异(P<0.05);(2)MoCA:研究组与对照组视空间、执行功能、命名、注意力、计算、语言、定向等项目存在显著性差异(P<0.05);(3)FOK-EM:研究组和对照组线索回忆、再认、判断、肯定、低估等项目存在显著性差异(P<0.05);(4)FOK-SM:研究组与对照组在线索回忆、高估等项目上存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论SCI患者存在部分性元认知损害,应引起高度重视。Objective To analyze the meta cognitive characteristics of static cerebral infarction(SCI).Methods Neuropsychological tests were performed on 143 patients with SCI confirmed by CT or MRI using mini mental state examination(MMSE),Montreal cognitive assessment(MoCA),situational memory awareness scale(FOK-EM) and semantic memory awareness scale(FOK-SM),then to be compared with 129 cases of normal control group.Results MMSE:There were significant differences in memory,orientation,recall,attention,calculation,language ability and total score between the two groups.MoC A:There were significant differences in visual space,executive function,naming,attention,calculation,language and orientation between the two groups.FOK-EM:There were significant differences in online recall,recognition,judgment,affirmation and underestimation between the two groups.FOK-SM:There were significant differences in online recall and overestimation between the study group and the control group.Conclusion SCI patients have partial meta cognitive impairment,which should be paid more attention.
