摘 要:如何进行建筑综合抗震能力评价和抗震强度预测,并针对性地选取科学、合理的抗震结构设计方案,是提高抗震结构安全性的重要途径。基于BIM模型,对建筑抗震强度预估模型及其系统设计进行了相关研究,并对系统进行了相应的测试。采用BIM模型建立建筑抗震强度指标评估模型与系统设计;得到设计相应的抗震强度预估系统,根据系统硬件设计和软件设计,构建系统硬件设计由检测基站设备和传感器组成,实现软件设计层由数据获取层、数据处理层和功能应用层组成。根据比较分析了采用BIM模型法和传统方法所计算建筑抗震性能结果与实际评估值的贴近度,并得到计算并分析了小震、中震和大震作用条件下的结构地震最大层间位移角分布特征和地震损失费用。测试结果显示,本方法能够快速、准确地给出较为详细的评估信息,提升了建筑抗震强度评估效率。It is an important way to improve the safety of seismic structure that how to evaluate the comprehensive seismic capacity and predict the seismic strength,and select scientific and reasonable seismic structure design scheme.In this paper,based on BIM model,the seismic strength prediction model and its system design are studied,and the system is tested.The BIM model is used to establish the evaluation model and system design of building seismic strength index;the corresponding seismic strength prediction system is obtained;according to the system hardware design and software design,the system hardware design is composed of detection base station equipment and sensors,and the realization software design layer is composed of data acquisition layer,data processing layer and functional application layer.According to the comparison and analysis of BIM model method and traditional method,the close degree between the results of seismic performance and the actual evaluation value is analyzed,and the distribution characteristics of maximum inter story displacement angle and seismic loss cost under the conditions of small earthquake,medium earthquake and large earthquake are calculated and analyzed.The test results show that this method can give more detailed evaluation information quickly and accurately,and improve the evaluation efficiency of building seismic strength.
