机载导航设备证后管理和持续适航相关程序体系研究

摘　　要：为了推进机载导航设备证后管理和持续适航标准程序的制定,结合民用航空器适航标准,给出了机载导航设备证后管理所涉及的七个范畴,通过对设计更改的适航管理、超手册修理、服务通告(SB)的适航审批和持续适航文件(ICA)进行研究,得出了机载导航设备证后管理的相应规章要求以及工作程序,能够为机载导航设备证后管理标准程序的制定提供借鉴和参照。In order to promote the post-certification management of airborne navigation equipment and the formulation of continuous airworthiness standards,combined with the airworthiness standards of civil aircraft,seven areas involved in post-certification management of airborne navigation equipment are given,through the airworthiness management of design change,super manual repair,Service Bulletin(SB)airworthiness approval and Instructions for Continuous Airworthiness(ICA)is studied,and the corresponding regulatory requirements and work procedures for postcertification management of airborne navigation equipment can be obtained,which can provide reference for the formulation of post-management standard procedures.
