摘　　要：《生物安全法》将于2021年4月15日正式生效。在具体内容方面,《生物安全法》全面规定了日常监管和应急管理制度,其具体实施对于健全生物安全法律法规体系,提升国家生物安全治理能力,维护生物安全秩序,提升传染病防控能力,推进国际生物安全合作,提升人类命运共同体构建能力而言具有重要价值。《生物安全法》施行后,需要修订配套法律规范,提升既有生物安全相关法律执法实效,提高生物安全能力建设和科技支撑,也需要加强生物安全法律法规宣传教育和公众参与。The Biosafety Law will come into effect on April 15,2021.The"Biosafety Law"comprehensively stipulates the daily supervision and emergency management system,and its specific implementation is essential for improving the biosafety laws and regulations system,enhancing the national biosafety governance capabilities,maintaining biosafety order,enhancing infectious disease prevention and control capabilities,and advancing international biosafety cooperation.It is of great value in terms of enhancing the ability to build a community with a shared future for mankind.After the"Biosafety Law"is implemented,supporting laws and regulations need to be revised to improve the effectiveness of existing biosafety-related laws and enforcement,improve biosafety capacity building and technological support,and strengthen biosafety laws and regulations publicity and education and public participation.
