1991例儿童阴道分泌物特殊病原体培养结果分析

摘　　要：目的分析不同年龄段、不同季节苏州地区儿童外阴阴道炎的特殊病原体。方法1991例临床资料完整、经临床确诊为外阴阴道炎的患儿,取外阴分泌物进行特殊病原体培养,按年龄分为婴儿组、幼儿组、学龄组3组,按首次就诊时间分为第一季度组,第二季度组,第三季度组,第四季度组,分别进行分析。结果1991例标本共培养出特殊病原体664例,其中人型支原体269例,解脲支原体214例,耐瑟淋球菌18例,念珠菌144例,沙眼衣原体19例。664例阳性患儿中,婴儿组14例,幼儿组45例,学龄组605例;第一季度组130例,第二季度组140例,第三季度组255例,第四季度组139例。结论不同年龄、不同季节儿童外阴阴道炎的特殊致病菌不同,治疗需依据发病年龄以及参考当地的气候特点,根据不同病原体合理选择药物。Objective In order to analyze the special pathogens of vulvovaginitis in children of different ages and seasons in Suzhou.Methods Totally 1991 children with clinically confirmed vulvovaginitis were divided into three groups:infant group,toddler group and school-age group according to their age.They were divided into the first quarter group,the second quarter group,the third quarter group and the fourth quarter group according to the time of first visit.Results A total of 664 special pathogens were isolated from 1991 specimens,including 269 cases of Mycoplasma hominis,214 cases of Ureaplasma urealyticum,18 cases of Neisseria gonorrhoeae,144 cases of Candida albicans and 19 cases of Chlamydia trachomatis.Among 664 positive children,there were 14 cases in the baby group,45 cases in the infant group and 605 cases in the school-age group;130 cases in the first quarter group,140 cases in the second quarter group,255 cases in the third quarter group and 139 cases in the fourth quarter group.Conclusion The special pathogens of vulvovaginitis in children of different ages and seasons are different.The treatment should be based on the age of onset and local climatic characteristics,and the rational choice of drugs should be based on different pathogens.
