摘　　要：目的为基层医疗机构改进药事管理工作提供参考。方法采用问卷调查法对2019年湖北省932家基层医疗机构的药学部门人员、机构设置、基础硬件设施配备情况进行统计,并分析其药事管理工作中存在的问题。结果湖北省基层医疗机构中,药学技术人员占卫生技术人员的5.94%,大学专科学历占37.39%,40~49岁年龄段占43.80%,非药学职称占31.88%;负责人为主管药师占41.63%;药学部门设有独立的药学部门办公室占39.38%,设有临床药学室占2.36%,设有制剂室占2.04%,均未设置静脉用药调配中心;配备温湿度调控设备占86.05%,配备冰箱或冷藏柜占98.93%,配备发药显示屏占6.87%,配备冷库占8.80%,配备合理用药软件占21.24%。结论湖北省基层医疗机构药学部门在人员构成、机构设置、基础硬件设施配备、临床药学服务方面亟待改善,应重视并加强基层医疗机构药事管理工作建设。Objective To provide a reference for the improvement of pharmacy administration in primary medical institutions.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted to analyze the personnel,institutional setting and basic hardware facilities in 932 primary medical institutions in Hubei Province in 2019,and to analyze the problems existing in their pharmacy administration.Results In the primary medical institutions in Hubei Province,pharmaceutical technicians accounted for 5.94%of the health technicians,37.39%of them had the college degree,43.80%of them were between 40 and 49 years old,31.88%of them had non-pharmaceutical titles,and 41.63%of the chief of pharmaceutical departments were pharmacist-in-charge.Only 39.38%of the primary medical institutions had independent pharmaceutical department offices,2.36%of them had clinical pharmacy rooms,2.04%of them had the preparation room,and none of them had pharmacy intravenous admixture services(PIVAS).Precisely 86.05%of the primary medical institutions were equipped with temperature and humidity control equipment,98.93%of them were equipped with refrigerator or freezer,6.87%of them were equipped with medicine display screens in outpatient dispensaries,8.80%of them were equipped with cold storage,and 21.24%of them were equipped with rational drug use software.Conclusion The pharmaceutical departments of primary medical institutions in Hubei Province need to be improved in terms of personnel structure,institutional setting,basic hardware facilities and clinical pharmaceutical care.It is necessary to pay attention to and strengthen the construction of pharmacy management in primary medical institutions.
