摘 要:自动化消防灭火系统可以在火灾发生初期最大限度的控制火情的蔓延。消防末端试水装置是检测楼宇自动化消防灭火系统是否能正常运行的重要装置。基于三维软件UG的二次开发技术,通过UG/OPEN GRIP建立消防末端试水装置零部件参数化快速设计系统。运用ANSYS FLUENT软件对喷嘴进行仿真,研究喷嘴直径对出口流量的影响并且对喷嘴出口直径进行分析优化,获得最佳结果。建立基于响应曲面分析的中心复合试验方案,对仿真实验结果进行分析,从而优化末端试水装置各个参数。通过实验平台对喷嘴最佳出口直径进行验证,实验数据平均误差在4%以内,符合要求。结果表明:喷嘴最佳出口直径为11.5 mm,在规定入口压强的情况下,喷嘴出口流量可以满足《自动喷水灭火系统设计规范》的要求。The automatic fire-extinguishing system can control the spread of the fire to the greatest extent in the early stage of the conflagration.The fire-extinguishing terminal water-test device is an important device to detect whether the building’s automatic fire-extinguishing system can operate normally.Based on the secondary development technology of the three-dimensional software UG,the rapid design system of the components of the fire-extinguishing terminal water-test device was established through UG/OPEN GRIP.Using ANSYS FLUENT software to simulate the nozzle,the influence of the nozzle diameter on the outlet flow was studied,and the nozzle outlet diameter was optimized to obtain the best results.Through establishing a central composite test plan based on response surface analysis,the results of the simulation experiments were analyzed,and the various parameters of the terminal water-test device were optimized.The optimum nozzle outlet diameter was verified through the experimental platform,and the average error of the experimental data was within 4%,which met the requirements.The results showed that the best nozzle outlet diameter was 11.5 mm,and the nozzle outlet flow could meet the requirements in the national standard for automatic fire-extinguishing system under specified inlet pressure.
