摘　　要：社会主义现代化国家建设,农村发展是重点。为促进农村发展,国家提出乡村振兴战略。在此战略基础上,结合农村内外资源,抓住机遇。面对农村老人自我供养能力不足、养老主体缺失和养老资源不足的困境,针对性提出优化资源,提高供养能力、构建多层次的养老体系、建立互联网+养老模式的对策。力求农村老人在自己和家庭、国家各养老主体帮扶下,能体面、幸福、安稳的享受老年生活。In the construction of a socialist modernized country,rural development is the focus.In order to promote rural development,the government has proposed a rural revitalization strategy.On the basis of this strategy,we need to seize opportunities by combining internal and external resources in rural areas.Faced with the dilemma of insufficient self-supporting ability,lack of elderly care subjects and insufficient resources for the elderly in rural areas,targeted strategies have been proposed to optimize resources,improve support capabilities,build a multi-level elderly care system,and establish an Internet+elderly care model.It is hoped that the elderly in rural areas can enjoy the elderly life decently,happily,and steadily with the help of themselves,their families,and the government.
