摘　　要：本文以深圳地铁14号线宝荷站C、D、E出入口横跨宝荷路至宝荷路北侧炳坑商业街工程施工为实例,详细的论述了该工程的特点,在地铁施工中矩形顶管机设备选型,顶管施工的工艺流程,顶管的始发、顶管正常段推进、顶管接收阶段施工、出土方式及出土量控制等技术,该技术针对性强,有效的保证了管节在城市交汇要道下穿顶进施工,提高了施工进度并且应用效果好同时也较为经济,施工安全风险有效可控。This article takes as an example the construction of the C,D,E entrances and exits of Baohe Station of Shenzhen Metro Line 14 across Baohe Road to Bingkeng Commercial Street on the north side of Baohe Road,and discusses the characteristics of the project in detail.During subway construction Rectangular pipe jacking equipment selection,pipe jacking construction process,pipe jacking initiation,pipe jacking normal section advancement,pipe jacking stage construction,unearthed methods and unearthed volume control technology,this technology is highly targeted and effective It is ensured that the pipe section passes through the jacking construction under the main intersection of the city,which improves the construction schedule and has a good application effect.At the same time,it is more economical,and the construction safety risk is effectively controllable.
