摘　　要：本研究以高校档案馆为研究对象,设计高校档案馆的公共信息安全模型,研究高校档案馆信息安全风险和对策,构成分类、量化、系统的数据源,建立高校档案信息安全保障机制,开发高校档案信息安全评估系统,对高校档案馆信息安全进行风险评估,应对风险或防范风险,探索使用行政手段来加强体系建设,标准和法规,有效地防范风险,形成高校档案馆信息安全风险防范体系,提升高校档案馆的信息安全风险管理能力。This research takes the university archives as the research object,designs the public information security model of the university archives,studies the information security risks and countermeasures of the university archives,forms the data source of classification,quantification and system,establishes the information security guarantee mechanism of the university archives,develops the information security evaluation system of the university archives,evaluates the information security risks of the university archives,and responds to the risks or prevent risks,we should explore the use of administrative means to strengthen the system construction,standards and regulations,effectively prevent risks,form the information security risk prevention system of university archives,and improve the information security risk management ability of university archives.
