摘 要:针对高档数控机床等高端装备用精密滚动直线导轨副接触阻力小、抗振性能较差的现状,基于挤压油膜减振理论,构建带阻尼器的导轨副系统,研究基于挤压油膜的导轨副系统减振方法,建立阻尼器-导轨挤压油膜流体润滑模型,获得压强、刚度和阻尼解析解,同时对导轨副系统进行仿真分析,得出阻尼减振效果随长宽和长度尺寸的变化关系。研究表明,当阻尼器的长宽比为1时,刚度及阻尼效率最高,长度尺寸越大,减振效果越明显,该结论对于国产导轨副阻尼器的设计研发及选型应用均具有重要的指导意义。Aiming at the current situation of low contact resistance and poor anti-vibration performance of precision rolling linear guide pairs used in high-end equipment such as advanced CNC machine tools,based on the theory that the vibration can be reduced by squeezed film,a rail pair system with dampers is constructed,the damping method of the guide rail system based on the squeeze oil film is studied,and the damper-rail squeeze oil film fluid lubrication model is established.Besides,the analytical solutions of pressure,stiffness and damping are obtained.Simultaneously,the simulation analysis of the guide rail system is carried out,and the relationship between the effect of damping and vibration reduction and the change of aspect ratio and length dimension is obtained.The study shows that when the length-to-width ratio of the damper is 1,the stiffness and damping efficiency are the highest.The larger the length is,the more obvious the vibration reduction effect will be.And the conclusion has important guiding significance for the design,development and selection of domestic guide rail dampers.
