摘 要:首先,从系统工程设计思想出发,阐述了系统可靠性预计的基本流程和常用的可靠性预计方法;然后,以某型机载相控阵雷达为研究对象进行可靠性建模,基于元器件应力分析法开展雷达系统基本可靠性和任务可靠性预计;最后,根据预计结果分析了各个组成模块和分系统对雷达系统可靠性的影响,并提出了相应的设计改进措施,对于准确地预计雷达系统的可靠性具有一定的指导意义。Firstly,from the point view of system engineering design,the basic procedure of system reliability prediction and commonly used reliability prediction methods are introduced.Then,a type of airborne phased array radar is taken as an example for reliability modeling,and the basic and mission reliability of radar system are predicted by using component stress analysis method.Finally,according to the prediction results,the influence of different modules and subsystems on radar system reliability is analyzed,and the corresponding design improvements are also put forward,which has certain guiding significance for accurately predicting the reliability of the radar system.
