摘  要:轨道交通车辆在手动驾驶模式下,司控器级位数据的精确采集是车辆正常运行的重要保证。针对司控器模拟量采集系统可靠性不高和级位数据采集精度不够的问题,提出一种司控器模拟量高精度采集模块的设计方法。重点从司控器级位数据采集系统架构、采集模块硬件设计和软件开发流程的各环节提高模拟量的采集精度。采集模块的两组板件并联为司控器供电并分别采集司控器级位数据。通过试验方法计算出一元线性回归方程的参数,采集模块精度满足司控器级位数据采集要求。When the rail transit vehicle is in the manual driving mode,the accurate collection of driver controller’s level data is an important guarantee for the normal operation of the vehicle.In order to solve the problems of low reliability and low precision of analog data acquisition system of driver controller,a design method of high precision analog data acquisition module for driver controller is proposed in this paper.This paper focuses on improving the accuracy of analog data acquisition from the aspects of the system architecture,hardware design and software development process.The two groups of boards of the acquisition module are connected in parallel to supply power for the driver controller and collect the level data of the driver controller respectively.The parameters of linear regression with one variable are calculated by experiment,and the accuracy of acquisition module meets the data acquisition requirements of driver controller.
