鹦鹉热衣原体重症肺炎合并多器官功能障碍综合征患者一例报道及护理经验总结

摘　　要：研究表明,鹦鹉热衣原体主要引起机体呼吸道感染,但临床症状差异较大,可从轻度到重度不等,严重者甚至出现重症肺炎,进而威胁患者的生命安全。鹦鹉热衣原体重症肺炎合并多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS)的病例较罕见,国内文献鲜有报道。本文报道1例鹦鹉热衣原体重症肺炎合并MODS患者,并总结其护理经验,包括病情观察、呼吸衰竭的护理、持续肾脏替代疗法(CRRT)的护理、静脉血栓栓塞症(VTE)的预防、营养支持、心理护理、医护人员个人防护及延续性护理,经过18 d的积极治疗和有效护理,患者最终康复出院。Studies have shown that Chlamydia psittaci mainly cause respiratory infection,however,the difference of respiratory infection symptoms is big,ranging from mild to severe,and severe cases can even lead to severe pneumonia,and even life threatening security of patients.The cases of Chlamydia psittaci severe pneumonia combined with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS)is rare,and there are few reports in domestic literature.This paper reports a case of Chlamydia psittaci severe pneumonia combined with MODS,and summarizes its nursing experience,including observation of the disease,nursing of respiratory failure,nursing of continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT),prevention of venous thromboembolism(VTE),nutritional support,psychological nursing,personal protection of medical staff and continuous nursing.After 18 days of active treatment and effective nursing,the patient finally recovered and discharged.
