刃针松解联合运动疗法治疗颈性眩晕的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察刃针松解联合运动疗法治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效。方法将120例颈性眩晕患者随机分为观察组、对照组A、对照组B,每组40例。观察组采用刃针松解联合运动疗法治疗,对照组A采用刃针松解术治疗,对照组B采用运动疗法治疗,均每周治疗2次,共治疗2周。分别在治疗前、治疗2周后采用自制眩晕评分法评价3组患者的眩晕严重程度,并观察其临床疗效。结果治疗后,3组患者眩晕评分均低于治疗前,且观察组评分均低于其他两组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率、对照组A、对照组B总有效率分别为95.0%、77.5%、75.0%,观察组临床疗效优于其他两组(P<0.05)。结论相比于单纯刃针松解术治疗或单纯运动疗法,刃针松解联合运动疗法治疗颈性眩晕疗效更好,更能有效地改善患者眩晕症状。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupotomelysis combined with exercise therapy on cervical vertigo.Methods A total of 120 patients with cervical vertigo were randomly divided into observation group,control group A and control group B,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group received acupotomelysis combined with exercise therapy,the control group A underwent acupotomelysis,the control group B received exercise therapy,all patients were treated twice per week for a total of two weeks.The severity of vertigo of patients in the three groups was assessed by using the self-designed vertigo score before treatment and after two weeks of treatment respectively,and the clinical efficacy was observed.Results After treatment,patients′vertigo scores were lower than the pretherapeutic scores in the three groups,and the observation group had lower scores than the other two groups(P<0.05);the total efficacy rates of the observation group,the control group A and the control group B were 95.0%,77.5%and 75.0%,respectively,the observation group harbored superior clinical efficacy than the other two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupotomelysis combined with exercise therapy achieves better efficacy and can improve patients′vertigo symptoms more effectively over acupotomelysis or exercise therapy alone in the treatment of cervical vertigo.
