摘 要:为探索制丝、织造生产中适用于小䈅干返成筒工艺的上油配方,在自动缫丝小样机上设计安装缫丝上油装置,选用太古油、泡丝剂、柔软剂为上油助剂,通过正交实验优化上油方案。结果表明,在浴比为1∶10的条件下,使用7 mL太古油、2 mL泡丝剂和1 mL柔软剂进行缫丝上油处理,所得的筒装生丝在表面形态和聚集态结构上与传统工艺制备的筒装生丝无明显差别,而在断裂强度、钩接强度、抱合等物理性能指标上有所提高,可满足丝织工艺对生丝力学性能和柔软性的要求。该上油配方可为小䈅干返成筒工艺的优化提供参考。In order to develop a suitable oil formula for dry cone winding of silk slice during the silk producing and weaving processes,a silk reeling and oiling device was designed and installed on the automatic silk reeling machine.Taking turkey red oil,soaking agent and softener as the oil additives,the optimized oil formula was obtained through orthogonal experimental analysis.As the results showed,under the condition of 1∶10 liquor ratio,7 mL turkey red oil,2 mL soaking agent and 1 mL softener for silk oiling,there was no obvious difference in the surface morphology and aggregation structure between the raw silk winded by oiled cone and the raw silk winded by traditional cone,while physical properties such as breaking strength,loop strength and cohesion of the raw silk winded by oiled cone were improved,which can meet the requirements of mechanical properties and softness for subsequent silk weaving.Therefore,this oil formula can provide an important reference for the optimization of dry cone winding of silk slice.
