肾镜下气压弹道碎石治疗尿道结石的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的观察肾镜下气压弹道碎石治疗尿道结石的临床疗效。方法 68例尿道结石患者,按照治疗方法的不同分为对照组和观察组,各34例。对照组进行常规治疗,观察组进行肾镜下气压弹道碎石治疗。比较两组患者手术出血量、手术时间、住院时间及结石清除情况、并发症情况。结果观察组手术出血量(68.56±27.89)ml少于对照组的(89.25±46.77)ml,手术时间(38.25±13.55)min、住院时间(4.78±1.24)d均明显短于对照组的(71.23±17.88)min、(7.45±2.89)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组结石清除率为94.12%(32/34),高于对照组的73.53%(25/34),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未发生并发症。结论尿道结石采用肾镜下气压弹道碎石治疗能够有效减少手术出血量,缩短手术时间和住院时间,结石清除情况良好,因此值得推广采用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy under nephroscope in the treatment of urethral calculi.Methods A total of 68 patients with urethral calculi were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,with 34 cases in each group.The control group received conventional therapy,and the observation group received pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy under nephroscope.The intraoperative blood loss,operation time,hospitalization time,stone clearance rate and occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative blood loss(68.56±27.89)ml of the observation group was less than(89.25±46.77)ml of the control group,and operation time(38.25±13.55)min and hospitalization time(4.78±1.24)d were shorter than(71.23±17.88)min and(7.45±2.89)d of the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The stone clearance rate of the observation group was 94.12%(32/34),which was higher than 73.53%(25/34)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No complications occurred in the two groups.Conclusion For the treatment of urethral calculi,pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy under nephroscope can effectively reduce intraoperative blood loss,shorten the operation time and hospitalization time with good stone clearance,which is worthy of promotion and application.
