山玫胶囊治疗冠心病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨山玫胶囊治疗冠心病的临床疗效。方法 52例冠心病患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各26例。对照组应用单硝酸异山梨酯片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上应用山玫胶囊治疗。对比两组患者心绞痛疗效、心电图疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组心绞痛总有效率为88.46%,明显高于对照组的65.38%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组心电图总有效率为88.46%,明显高于对照组的61.54%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为15.38%,明显低于对照组的42.31%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论山玫胶囊治疗冠心病疗效肯定,不良反应少,患者依从性好,值得临床推广使用。Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of Shanmei capsule in the treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 52 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 26 cases in each group.The control group was treated with isosorbide mononitrate tablets,and the observation group was treated with Shanmei capsule based on the control group.The efficacy of angina pectoris,efficacy of electrocardiogram and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of angina pectoris of the observation group was 88.46%,which was obviously higher than 65.38%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of electrocardiogram of the observation group was 88.46%,which was obviously higher than 61.54%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 15.38%,which was obviously lower than 42.31%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Shanmei capsule shows affirmative efficacy in the treatment of coronary heart disease,with less adverse reactions and good patient compliance,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
