摘  要:目的分析万古霉素治疗新生儿败血症的临床效果。方法 62例新生儿败血症患儿,按照随机数字表法分为参比组和实验组,各31例。参比组患儿给予传统药物治疗,实验组患儿给予万古霉素治疗。观察对比两组患儿治疗后的免疫指标、炎性指标、临床疗效及副作用发生率。结果实验组免疫球蛋白(Ig)M、白细胞介素-2水平均低于参比组, IgG水平高于参比组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。参比组血沉水平为(22.25±9.88)mm/h、降钙素原水平为(2.40±0.89)μg/L、C反应蛋白水平为(36.13±13.91)mg/L;实验组血沉水平为(17.18±9.97)mm/h、降钙素原水平为(1.75±0.94)μg/L、C反应蛋白水平为(28.55±15.62)mg/L。实验组血沉、降钙素原及C反应蛋白水平均低于参比组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组总有效率90.32%高于参比组的67.74%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组副反应发生率为12.90%低于参比组的35.48%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对新生儿败血症患儿采用万古霉素治疗能够增强患儿的免疫功能,优化患儿的炎性指标,提高临床疗效,减少药物副反应,值得推广。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of vancomycin in the treatment of neonatal sepsis.Methods A total of 62 cases of neonatal sepsis were divided into reference group and experimental group according to random numerical table,with 31 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with traditional drugs,and the experimental group was treated with vancomycin.The immune indicators,inflammatory indicators,clinical efficacy and incidence of side effect after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The immunoglobulin(Ig)M and interleukin-2 level of the experimental group were lower than those of the reference group,and IgG level was higher than that of the reference group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the reference group,the erythrocyte sedimentation rate was(22.25±9.88)mm/h,procalcitonin was(2.40±0.89)μg/L and C-reactive protein was(36.13±13.91)mg/L;in the experimental group,the erythrocyte sedimentation rate was(17.18±9.97)mm/h,procalcitonin was(1.75±0.94)μg/L and C-reactive protein was(28.55±15.62)mg/L.The erythrocyte sedimentation rate,procalcitonin and C-reactive protein of the experimental group were lower than those of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate 90.32%of the experimental group was higher than 67.74%of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence 12.90%of side effects of the experimental group was lower than 35.48%of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Vancomycin can enhance the immune function of neonatal sepsis,optimize the inflammatory indicators,improve clinical efficacy and reduce side effects of drugs,which is worthy of promotion.
