摘 要:回转式刚性闭锁机构具有作用可靠、结构简单、发射枪弹威力大等特点,所以在我国自主研制的枪族系列中被广泛采用。目前我国步枪武器闭锁机构结构方面的研究水平有了显著提升,但在动力学仿真方面的研究还相对较少,为了解决这一问题,通过对机头回转式闭锁机构工作特性的分析和三维模型的建立,构建了动力学数学模型,并运用ADAMS进行仿真分析。仿真结果表明:闭锁机构能在0.5s内完成开锁,在1s内完成闭锁;回转式闭锁枪机的基础构件的工作路线和运动关系作用可靠、运动协调、抛壳路线准确。所建立的回转式闭锁机构动力学模型,为步枪武器闭锁机构的设计提供了一定的理论分析依据。The rotary rigid locking mechanism has the characteristics of reliable function,simple structure and powerful firing gun,so it is widely used in the gun family series developed by our country. At present,the research level of lock mechanism structure of rifle weapon has been improved significantly in China,but the research on dynamic simulation is relatively few. In order to solve this problem,the dynamic mathematical model is built by analyzing the working characteristics of the head turning lock mechanism and the establishment of three-dimensional model,and the simulation analysis is carried out by Adams. The simulation results show that the locking mechanism can unlock in 0.5 s and within 1 s. The working route and motion relationship of the basic components of the rotary lock gun machine are reliable,the movement coordination and the throwing shell route are accurate.The dynamic model of the rotary locking mechanism is established,which provides a theoretical basis for the design of the lock mechanism of Rifle Weapon.
