摘 要:随着南海西部边际油田的不断开发,小型无修井机平台数量不断增加,常规修井模式不能完全适用于这类平台。针对已开发的边际油田使用钻井船修井作业模式带来的恢复产量时效慢、费用成本高等难题,亟需选择一种适合边际油田新修井模式。在结合大量文献调研成果和根据涠洲11-2油田B7井首次现场应用情况,分析并归纳液压举升装置在修井作业中的发展与现状、工作原理和特点以及现场施工作业过程,提出了液压举升装置修井新模式的建议,为同类型油田和修井模式提供了技术支持。With the continuous development of marginal oil fields in the western part of the South China Sea,the number of small platforms without workover rigs continues to increase,and conventional workover modes cannot be fully applied to such platforms. In view of the problems of slow production recovery time and high cost caused by the use of drilling ship workover operations in the developed marginal oil fields,it is urgent to choose a new workover mode suitable for marginal oil fields. Based on the research results of a large number of literatures and the field application of Weizhou 11-2-B7 well,this paper analyzes and summarizes the development and status quo of hydraulic lifting devices in workover operations, working principles and characteristics, and on-site construction operations. The proposal of a new workover mode for hydraulic lifting devices provides technical support for the same type of oil fields and workover modes.
