摘　　要：工业与民用建筑是主要的建筑类型,其施工质量影响工业生产与人民的生活水平。但工民建项目中存在渗漏问题,这无疑会影响建筑的正常使用,因此在工民建项目中应该科学地应用防水工艺。Industrial and civil buildings are the main types of buildings,whose construction quality affects industrial production and people's living standards.However,leakage still exists in industrial and civil construction projects,which affects the normal use of buildings.Therefore,waterproof technology should be scientifically applied in industrial and civil construction projects.
