摘  要:为了研究2-羧乙基苯基次膦酸(CEPPA)对煤自燃特性的影响,制备原煤样及阻化剂浓度分别为5%、10%、15%、20%的阻化煤样,采用程序升温-气相色谱仪联用试验,对比分析了4种不同浓度阻化煤样在自燃氧化过程中生成的CO浓度随温度变化曲线,得到最佳阻化剂浓度。结合同步热分析试验,对比分析原煤样和最佳阻化煤样的热失重特性及放热特性,分析CEPPA的阻化效果。程序升温氧化试验结果表明:加入浓度为15%的CEPPA的煤样在升温过程中CO浓度最小,此浓度抑制煤自燃效果最佳。同步热分析试验结果表明:浓度为15%的CEPPA可提高煤自燃的特征温度(干裂温度、着火温度和燃尽温度等),最佳阻化煤样的DSC曲线的拐点处数值明显滞后,总放热量较原煤减少104.83J/g。In order to study the effect of 2-carboxyethylphenylphosphinic acid(CEPPA)on the spontaneous combustion characteristics of coal,the original coal sample and the inhibited coal samples with inhibitor concentration of 5%,10%,15%,and 20% were prepared.The CO concentration versus temperature curve of 4 different concentrations of inhibited coal samples during the spontaneous combustion and oxidation process was compared and analyzed by the temperature-programmed-gas chromatograph combined experiment,and the optimal inhibitor concentration was obtained.Combined with the simultaneous thermal analysis experiment,the thermal weight loss characteristics and exothermic characteristics of the raw coal sample and the optimal inhibited coal sample were compared and analyzed,and the inhibition effect of CEPPA was analyzed.The results of temperature-programmed oxidation experiments show that the coal sample with inhibitor concentration of 15% has the smallest CO concentration during the heating process,obtaining the best effect in inhibiting spontaneous combustion of coal.The results of synchronous thermal analysis experiments show that the coal sample with inhibitor concentration of 15% can increase the characteristic temperature of coal spontaneous combustion,such as dry cracking temperature,ignition temperature and burnout temperature,and the value in the inflection point of the DSC curve of the best inhibited coal sample is obviously lagging.And the total heat release is 104.83 J/g less than that of original coal.
