摘  要:跨接管MEG凝胶封堵技术是深海油气作业的核心技术.为了获得高性能的水下跨接管MEG凝胶,考察了不同含量有机硼交联剂的瓜胶基MEG凝胶的挑挂性、触变性和稳定性,根据实验结果优化了MEG凝胶配方.耐温性和耐盐性试验结果表明制备的MEG凝胶具有良好的耐温和耐盐性能.研究结果为MEG凝胶的实际工程应用奠定了基础.MEG gel plugging technology for subsea spool&jumper pipelines is the key technology of deep sea oil and gas operation.In order to obtain high-performance MEG gels,MEG gels with different contents of organoboron crosslinker were tested for picking time,thixotropy and stability.The formulation of MEG gel was optimized according to the experimental results.The results of temperature resistance and salt tolerance test showed that the prepared MEG gel had good resistance to temperature and salt.The results laid a foundation for the practical application of MEG gel.
