立足李可古中医思维的木防己汤的临床应用

摘　　要：出自《金匮要略》的木防己汤用于治疗支饮。文章立足李可古中医思维,介绍仲景木防己汤的药物组成配伍、吕英教授创立的木防己汤类方及方解,并附医案说明。通过对相关医案进行总结,深刻理解李可古中医思维的内涵,进一步探讨在现代条件下对木防己汤的临床应用。Mufangji decoction is originated from Synopsis of Golden Chamber(Jingui Yaolue)and can be use to treat Thoracic Fluid Retention. Under the direction of professor LYU Ying, Mufangji decoction was used by the article author to treat different diseases, and good results were showed. In this paper, herb compatibility of Mufangji decoction is introduced based on Ancient Chinese Medical thought of LI Ke. The new decoctions deriving from Mufangji decoction, which was invented by professor LV Ying is explained. And the medical cases which are related to Mufangji decoction are attached in this paper. According to the conclusion of the medical cases, Ancient Chinese Medical thought of LI Ke may be understood easily, and the new clinical application of Mufangji decoction is explored under modern conditions.
