2017-2019年成都地区医疗机构920名医护人员手卫生监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解成都地区医疗机构医务人员手卫生状况,为进一步加强手卫生工作提供依据。方法对2017-2019年成都地区部分医疗机构医护人员的手卫生进行监测并对其结果进行分析。结果 2017-2019年共监测医务人员920人次,采集手卫生样品920份,合格904份,总合格率为98.26%。不同年度手卫生合格率无统计学差异(χ^(2)=0.328,P>0.05),不同级别医疗机构间三级和二级合格率分别为98.66%、98.70%,一级医疗机构合格率最低为80%,不同科室中,手术室、新生儿室、血液透析室合格率最高为100%,口腔科合格率最低为72.73%,外科手和卫生手的合格率差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=2.863,P>0.05)。结论成都地区医疗机构手卫生状况整体良好,但仍存在一些薄弱环节,需继续强化手卫生意识,提高手卫生执行率和依从性,避免手卫生不合格造成医院感染事件发生。Objective To understand the hand hygiene status of medical personnel in medical institutions in Chengdu city so as to provide basis for further strengthening hand hygiene work.Methods Hand hygiene of medical staff in some medical institutions in Chengdu from 2017 to 2019 was monitored,and the results were analyzed.Results Totally,920 medical personnel were monitored and 920 samples of hand hygiene were collected.A total of 904 samples were qualified,with the qualified rate of 98.26%.There was no statistical difference in the qualified rates of hand hygiene in different years(χ^(2)=0.328,P>0.05).The qualified rates of hand hygiene in three-level and two-level medical institutions were 98.66%and 98.70%,respectively.Notably,the lowest qualified rate of one-level medical institution was 80%.The highest qualified rate was 100%in operating room,neonatal room and hemodialysis room,whereas the lowest qualified rate was 72.73%in stomatology department.Conclusion The status of hand hygiene in medical institutions in Chengdu is good,but there are still some weaknesses.It is necessary to continue to strengthen hand hygiene awareness,improve implementation rate and compliance,and avoid the occurrence of hospital infection caused by unqualified hand hygiene.
