中国铜基粉末产业发展现状及展望

摘　　要：中国是全球最大的铜基粉末生产国,技术上已经达到或超过其他发达国家。从铜基粉末产业现状、电解铜粉、雾化铜及铜合金粉末、扩散粘接预合金化粉末、铜铁复合粉及包覆粉末、超细铜基预合金粉末、超细及纳米铜粉、铜基增材制造8个方面,就铜基粉末产业技术、产品、应用和发展进行了综述,提出了铜基产业技术与装备、铜基粉末多元复合粉末、超细及纳米粉末、增材制造用球形粉末等制备技术与应用的发展方向。China is the world’s largest producer of copper-based powders. It has reached or surpassed other developed countries in terms of technology. The development of copper-based powder industry, technology and application in China, including electrolytic copper powder, atomizing copper and copper alloy powder, diffusion and bonding powder, coating powder, ultrafine copper-based alloy powder, ultrafine and nano powder, copper powder for additive manufacturing were introduced. Also, the development directions of copper-based industrial technology and equipment, copper-based powder multi-element complex powder, ultrafine and nano powder, spherical powder for additive manufacturing, and the development directions and applications were presented.
