摘 要:钽钨合金(Ta-10W)具有较高的高温强度、优良的耐腐蚀性及良好的延展性、可焊接性,广泛应用于航空航天、原子能工业等领域,但在500℃时会出现"pest"氧化现象,成为制约其应用的主要因素,因此必须在其表面制备高温抗氧化涂层加以防护。主要采用料浆熔烧法,在钽合金表面制备出了均匀致密平整的Si-Ti-Hf硅化物涂层,涂层的各项高温抗氧化性能优异,可以有效保护钽钨基材免受氧气侵蚀。Tantalum alloy(Ta-10 W) has been widely used in high-temperature structural materials due to its hightemperature strength, good corrosion resistance, good ductility and solderability. But its poor high-temperature oxidation resistance at 500 ℃ is the main factor restricting its application, so it must be protected with an anti-oxidation coating at the surface. The uniform, dense and smooth Si-Ti-Hf silicide coating was prepared by fused slurry method on the surface of Tantalum alloy. The high temperature oxidation resistance of the coating which could effectively protect tantalum tungsten substrate from oxygen attack was excellent.
