摘 要:分别以3,5–二氨基对氯苯甲酸异丁酯(XYlink 1604)、3,3’–二氯–4,4’–二氨基二苯甲烷(MOCA)及3,5–二甲硫基甲苯二胺(E–300)芳香族二胺为扩链剂,与相同的预聚体反应,制备了聚氨酯弹性体,比较了分别采用3种扩链剂制备的弹性体的力学性能、耐热性能及耐溶剂性能。以同一种聚酯二醇与不同二异氰酸酯[MDI(4,4’–二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯)-100、MDI-50(2,4’–二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯与4,4’–二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯的混合物)及TDI(2,4–甲苯二异氰酸酯)-100]反应制备相同NCO含量的预聚物,比较了3种异氰酸酯对弹性体性能的影响。结果表明:XYlink 1604制备的弹性体具有较高的硬度、耐热性能及耐溶剂性能;XYlink 1604固化体系有较长可操作时间,用TDI–100体系制备弹性体时釜中寿命长,适于制备大型制品;用于MDI–100体系时也有可进行操作的时间;XYlink 1604制备的弹性体与用和MOCA制备的弹性体有比较接近的力学性能。Using the aromatic diamines such as isobutyl 3,5-diamino-p-chlorobenzoate (XYlink 1604),3,3’-dichloro-4,4’-diaminodiphenylmethane (MOCA) and 3,5-dimethylthio toluenediamine (E-300) as chain extender respectively,the polyurethane elastomers were prepared by the reactions of such chain extenders with same prepolymer.The mechanical performance,heat resistance and solvent resistance of the elastomers prepared by using three kinds of chain extenders respectively were compared.The prepolymers with same NCO content were prepared by the reactions of the same polyester diol with different diisocyanates such as MDI (4,4’-diphenylmethane diisocyanate)-100,MDI-50 (the mixture of 2,4’-diphenylmethane diisocyanate and 4,4’-diphenylmethane diisocyanate) and TDI (2,4-toluene diisocyanate)-100 respectively.The influence of three kinds of isocyanates on the performance of the elastomer was compared.The results show that elastomer prepared with XYlink 1604 has high hardness,heat resistance and solvent resistance,the curing system based on XYlink 1604 has long operable time.When the TDI-100 system was used to prepare the elastomer,the pot life is long,preparing the large-scale article is suitable.When the MDI-100 system was used,it has also operable time,The mechanical performance of the elastomer prepared with XYlink 1604 is similar to that of the elastomer prepared with MOCA.
