摘  要:目的了解2020年新型冠状病毒肺炎(以下简称"新冠肺炎")疫情期间大学生的认知和心理现状及其影响因素。方法 2020-06采用多阶段分层随机抽样方法在浙江省某综合性全日制普通高等学校抽取大一至大三本科在校大学生,进行新冠肺炎认知和心理健康状况(K10量表)网络问卷调查,采用独立样本非参数检验和多元线性回归分析进行数据分析,检验水准为α=0.05。结果大学生对新冠肺炎有一定的知晓,但对传播途径(13.43%)、进行体育锻炼时佩戴的口罩以及连续佩戴的时间(28.19%)、有效防止病毒传播的口罩类型(35.99%)、免洗手消毒液是否可以有效灭活新冠病毒(39.97%)的知晓率较低。K10心理健康状况平均得分为(18.53±7.33),以良好为主,占43.62%。心理健康状况较差的有180人(29.85%)。多元线性回归分析显示,女生对新冠肺炎的认知情况水平高于男生,医学专业的大学生比非医学专业的心理健康状况好,居住地在城镇的大学生比农村的心理健康状况好(P<0.05)。结论大学生对新冠肺炎的认知水平一般,对细节的防护行为掌握情况较差,心理健康状况尚可,提示疫情后期要对大学生进行及时的健康教育和心理干预。Objective To understand the cognition and psychological status and its influencing factors of college students during the COVID-19 epidemic in 2020(hereinafter referred to as "COVID-19").Methods In June,2020,a multi-stage stratified random sampling method was used to select freshman to junior undergraduate college students in a comprehensive full-time ordinary institutions of higher learning in Zhejiang province.Network questionnaire survey was conducted on COVID-19 cognitive and psychological health status(k 10/19 dated scale).Independent samples nonparametric tests and multivariate linear regression analysis were performed,and α=0.05 was considered as statistically significant.Results In this study,college students had some knowledge of COVID-19,but had low awareness of the transmission route of COVID-19(13.43%),the mask worn for physical exercise and the duration of continuous wear(28.19%),the type of mask that could effectively prevent virus transmission(35.99%),and the novel Coronavirus(39.97%) that could be inactivated by a hand-washing disinfection solution.The average score of K10 scale was 18.53±7.33.Most students had good psychological status,accounting for 43.62%.The number of people with poor mental health was 180,accounting for 29.85%.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that female students had higher cognitive level of COVID-19 than male students,medical college students had better mental health than non-medical college students,and urban college students had better mental health than rural students(P<0.05).Conclusion College students have a general level of cognition towards COVID-19,moderate mental health status,but poor grasp of detailed protective behaviors.Therefore,timely health education and psychological intervention should be conducted for college students in the later stage of the epidemic.
