摘 要:目的评价五水硫化钠的遗传毒性,为其进一步的遗传毒性研究及应用提供参考和数据支持。方法采用Ames试验、CHL染色体畸变试验和哺乳动物红细胞微核试验三项体内外组合的试验检测遗传毒性。结果 Ames试验,无论在加和不加S9条件下,受试物未诱导五种菌株回变菌落数增加。染色体畸变试验显示受试物3个剂量组不会诱发CHL细胞染色体畸变率增加。微核试验结果未见受试物诱发KM小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核细胞率增高。结论五水硫化钠在本试验条件下无遗传毒性。Objective To evaluate genotoxicity of sodium sulfide pentahydrate in order to provide reference and data support for further genotoxicity study and its application.Methods Ames test,CHL chromosome aberration assay and micronucleus assay of bone marrow cell of mice were used to test the genotoxicity of sodium sulfide pentahydrate.Results In the Ames test,there’s no increase in bacterial reverse number with or without S9.Chromosomal aberration test showed that the samples did not induce the increase of chromosome aberration rate in CHL cells.There’s no increase in micronucleus rate observed in KM mice bone marrow.Conclusion Genotoxicity tests showed that sodium sulfide pentahydrate had no genotoxicity under the condition of our experiments.
