国土空间规划背景下新时期旅游规划研究——以山西省临县为例

摘　　要：当前我国国土空间规划体系建设工作正如火如荼地展开,标志着我国正进入以国土空间规划为核心的空间治理新时期,其崭新的规划方法和理念,必然会对各类型规划产生深远的影响。基于此背景,加之旅游市场需求的变革,探索新时期旅游规划如何更好地对接和融入国土空间规划新体系,以及推动旅游规划的重新定位与升级革新,将具有重要意义及必要性。文章以临县县级旅游规划为实践案例,结合新时代国土空间规划新理念,通过分析临县基础旅游资源优势与空间布局,探索新时期旅游规划编制的方向,对新时期旅游规划进行实践探索,以期对类似旅游规划编制提供参考借鉴意义。At present,the construction of China’s land space planning system is in full blast,which indicates that China is entering a new period of space governance with land space planning as the core.Its new planning methods and concepts are bound to have a far-reaching impact on various types of planning.Based on this background and the change of tourism market demand,it will be of great significance and necessity to explore how to better connect and integrate tourism planning into the new system of land space planning in the new era,as well as to promote the repositioning,upgrading and innovation of tourism planning.Based on the practical case of Linxian tourism planning,combined with the new concept of land space planning in the new era,this paper analyzes the advantages and spatial layout of the tourism resources in Linxian,explores the direction of tourism planning in the new period,and explores the practice of tourism planning in the new period in order to provide references for the preparation of similar tourism planning.
