摘　　要：住宅楼梯间随着住宅的高度增加,交通空间从单一空间演变成功能复杂的3个空间,从而带来面积、楼梯、电梯、疏散方式、管井与消防设施等的变化,分析与总结其中的特点,以期把握楼梯间的发展脉络。With the increase of residential height,the residential staircases have also developed.The traffic space has evolved from a single space to three spaces with complex functions,which brings changes in area,stairs,elevators,evacuation methods,pipe wells and fire-fighting facilities.This paper analyzes and summarizes the characteristics of these spaces in order to grasp the development context of staircases.
