摘　　要：在我国建设行政服务中心概念提出至今的20年间,政府和建筑师对于建设此类政府服务机构的思想观念发生了巨大的转变,长兴县行政服务中心正孕育于此。本文分别从城市设计、建筑空间组织和技术策略3个方面对长兴县行政服务中心的设计进行回顾和分析,希冀在我国建设政府服务机构的探索之路上留下印记。In the past 20 years,since the concept of constructing government affairs service center was put forward in China,both of the governments and architects,the ideas that construct government affairs service center have taken place great changing.The Government affairs service center of Changxing county is being constructed under such background.This paper reviews and analyzes the design of the government affairs service center in Changxing county from three parts:urban design,architectural space organization and technical strategy,hoping to leave a mark on the exploration of building government service institutions in China.
