东北部地区名老中医刘铁军教授治疗肝癌学术思想及用药规律的研究

摘　　要：目的运用数据挖掘技术分析东北部地区国家级名老中医刘铁军教授治疗肝癌学术思想及用药规律。方法收集2014年1月至2018年12月于长春中医药大学附属医院刘铁军教授治疗肝癌的有效方剂,运用中医传承辅助系统(V2.5)及IBM SPSS Statistics 22软件进行数据分析。结果共纳入处方155首,涉及中药178味(前五位药物为当归、甘草、柴胡、大黄、虎杖),确定9种证型(前三位为肝胆湿热证、气滞血瘀证、湿热瘀毒证),演化得到3个新方组合。结论刘铁军教授从"湿、热、瘀、毒、虚"辨治肝癌,以"化癥瘕散积聚,清热毒补肝肾,通腑气清浊毒"为治疗原则,体现其运用"中医下法"治疗肝癌的特色学术思想。Objective To analyze the medication law of professor Liu Tiejun in the treatment of liver cancer in northeast China by using data mining technology. Methods Effective prescriptions for liver cancer treatment by professor Liu Tiejun from January 2014 to December 2018 in affiliated hospital of Changchun university of Chinese medicine were collected, and data analysis was conducted by using TCM inheritance auxiliary system(V2.5) and IBM SPSS Statistics 22 software. Results A total of 155 prescriptions were included, involving 178 herbs(The first five were angelica, liquorice, bupleurum, rhubarb and polygonum cuspidatum), and 9 syndromes were identified(The first three were liver and gallbladder dampness and heat syndrome, qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome, dampness and heat stasis poison syndrome), and three new combinations were obtained. Conclusion Professor Liu Tiejun distinguished the treatment of liver cancer from "dampness, heat, blood stasis, poison and deficiency", and took the treatment principles of "melting tumor and dissipating accumulation, clearing heat poison and invigorating liver and kidney, dredging the qi of the six organs and clearing turbidity toxin ", which reflected his characteristic academic thought of treating liver cancer with the "TCM purgative method".
