摘  要:研究了2017年冬季覆盖海口湾15个站位的网采浮游植物物种及其群落特征,共发现浮游植物3门42属96种(包括变种),物种主要以硅藻为主。浮游植物数量较高,平均为55.80×104 cells/L。细胞丰度东部大于西部,近岸高于远岸。浮游植物优势种有中肋骨条藻Skeletonema costatum、红海束毛藻Trichodesmium erythraeum和琼氏圆筛藻Coscinodiscus jonesianus。调查期间共发现赤潮生物37种,主要赤潮生物是中肋骨条藻、红海束毛藻和琼氏圆筛藻。Feature of phytoplankton community were studied based on the data of phytoplankton net samples from 15 grid stations investigated in Winter(February)in 2017 in the Haikou Bay,China.Three phyla including 42 genera and 96 species were found in the survey area.The main phytoplankton group was diatom.Cell abundance was high in the Bay,with mean value reaching 55.80×104cells·L-1.The average abundance were higher in the nearshore than in the offshore;and in the east than the west.The dominant species were Skeletonema costatum,Trichodesmium erythraeum and Coscinodiscus jonesianus.In the 96 species 36 were red organism,including Skeletonema costatum,Trichodesmium erythraeum and Coscinodiscus jonesianus.
