摘　　要：以数字粮仓为背景,采用SWOT分析法分析订单农业产业化进程中出现的问题及原因。基于订单农业交易视角,结合以往订单农业销售模式,剖析“消费者+互联网+农户”产销对接模式中消费者与农户之间的契约稳定关系,阐述怎样在合同中建立双赢机制,为订单农业的发展提供更为稳健的实施办法。This paper analyzed the problems and causes in the industrialization process of order agriculture based on the case of"digital granary"by SWOT analysis.Based on the internal perspective of order agricultural transactions,combining with the previous order agricultural sales model,through the"consumers+internet+farmers"production and marketing docking model of the contract between consumers and farmers to analyze the stable relationship,this paper expounds how to establish the win-win mechanism in the contract and provides a more steady implementation method for the development of the contract agriculture.
