摘  要:服务质量是商贸物流长远发展的根本。在建设海南自贸港的历史机遇下,海南商贸物流有着地理优势、政策优势,市场稳步增长的特点,但存在着市场竞争力弱、智慧化程度较低、市场需求满足程度不高、商贸物流人员服务意识和技能有待提高等问题,因此需要通过健全海南自贸港建设下商贸物流服务质量监管体系、提升商贸物流的智慧化程度、提高商贸物流服务质量对市场需求的满足度、提高海南商贸物流人才素质、打造商贸物流信息共享平台等措施,使海南商贸物流业得以满足海南自贸港建设的需要,并在海南自贸港建设中升级革新。Service quality is the foundation of long-term development of commercial logistics. In the context of the construction of Hainan free trade port, commercial logistics in Hainan enjoys geographical advantages and policy advantages, which contribute to steady market growth. But in the meantime, there are also problems such as weak market competitiveness, low degree of intelligence, low market demand satisfaction degree, and poor service awareness and skills of commercial logisticians. Therefore, it is necessary to complete the service quality supervision system, improve the degree of intelligence, market demand satisfaction degree, commercial logisticians’ quality of commercial logistics and create a commercial logistics information sharing platform under the construction of Hainan free trade port, so that commercial logistics industry in Hainan can satisfy the needs of Hainan free trade port and upgrades and innovates during the construction of Hainan free trade port.
