摘　　要：随着电子商务和网络金融的发展,物流业也迅速发展起来,特别是自2020年以来的新冠肺炎疫情期间,全体居民的网购额大幅度激增,对物流需求呈现出几何增长的态势。物流对居民需求的满足程度取决于物流从业人员的基本素质和能力,因此各高校应该在充分进行调研的基础上,解决人才培养过程中必须要解决的三个基本问题,寻求适应市场需求的人才培养模式。With the development of e-commerce and network finance, the logistics industry has also developed rapidly. Especially during the COVID-19 epidemic since 2020, the online shopping volume of all residents has increased dramatically, and the demand for logistics has shown a geometric growth trend. The satisfaction degree of logistics to residents’ needs depends on the basic quality and ability of logistics practitioners. Therefore, colleges and universities should solve the three basic problems that must be solved in the process of talent training on the basis of sufficient research, and seek the talent training mode that can meet the market demand.
