摘　　要：产教融合是高等教育体制改革的重要趋势。首先,文章提出了产教融合是缓解高等教育人才培养和产业需求矛盾的重要途径,并阐释了工程管理硕士中我国高校设置物流工程与管理专业、研究方向等基本情况。然后,在产教融合背景下提出了工程管理硕士培养模式所存在的基本问题与主要原因。最后,提出了推进工程管理硕士产教融合培养模式改革的策略与措施。旨在完善以实践应用型人才为导向工程管理硕士培养体系,为国家和社会培养高质量、高素质的高级工程管理人才。The industry-education integration is an important trend for of higher education reform. Firstly, industry-education integration is an important way to alleviate the contradiction between talent training and industry demand in higher education, and the basic situation of logistics engineering and management and research direction is illustrated for master of engineering management in China. Then, the basic problems and main reasons for master of engineering management training mode are put forward under industry-education integration. Finally, the strategies and measures for promoting industry-education integration for master of engineering management training mode reform are proposed. This paper aims to improve the training system of master of engineering management oriented by practical and applied talents, and aims to cultivate high-quality senior engineering management talents for our country and society.
