摘 要:片式氧传感器陶瓷芯片电阻检测人工操作劳动强度大、生产效率低。在分析片式氧传感器陶瓷芯片结构及检测工艺要求的基础上,设计了片式氧传感器陶瓷芯片加热电阻检测系统。根据控制系统要求,选择PLC为主控制器,触摸屏为人机交互界面,设计了PLC控制流程及系统操作界面。片式氧传感器陶瓷芯片加热电阻检测系统结构简单、操作方便、运行效果良好,满足工厂使用要求。The chip oxygen sensor ceramic chip resistance detection has high labor intensity and low production efficiency.Based on the analysis of the ceramic chip structure of the chip oxygen sensor and the detection process requirements,a heating resistance detection system for the chip oxygen sensor ceramic chip was designed.According to the requirements of the control system,PLC was selected as the main controller,and the touch screen is the human-computer interaction interface.The PLC control process and system operation interface were designed.The chip oxygen sensor ceramic chip heating resistance detection system has a simple structure,convenient operation,and good running effect,which meets the requirements of the factory.
