摘  要:针对方坯连铸结晶器人工添加保护渣连续性和稳定性较差的问题,提出了基于PLC和VB语言的保护渣自动添加系统设计方案。该自动添加系统选用Advantech IPC作为上位机、S7-300 PLC作为控制核心、KTP 1200 Basic HMI作为现场操作平台,采用多参数公式进行保护渣添加量调节,结合保护渣添加效果反馈机制,完成系统闭环控制;利用VB语言编写系统应用软件,实现系统过程显示、数据存储、机旁和远程控制等功能。实践表明,系统能够满足保护渣添加的要求,实现方坯连铸结晶器保护渣添加过程的自动化。In view of the poor continuity and stability of the mold powder added manually in the billet continuous casting mold,the design scheme of the mold powder automatic adding system based on PLC and VB language was proposed.The system used Advantech IPC as the upper computer,S7-300 PLC as the control core,KTP 1200 basic HMI as the field operation platform,used multi parameter formula to adjust the amount of mold powder addition,and combined with the effect feedback mechanism of mold powder addition to complete the system closed-loop control.The system application software was written by VB language to realize the functions of system process display,data storage,machine side and remote control.The practice shows that the system can meet the requirements of mold powder addition and realize the automation of mold powder adding process for billet continuous casting.
