摘 要:超级电容器由于单体电压较低,在储能系统中使用时通常采用多个超级电容器串联的结构,串联超级电容器组中各单体电压不均衡会使储能系统效率降低,缩短系统使用寿命。针对当前串联超级电容器组均压电路对采样电路精度要求高,均衡拓扑结构复杂,磁性元件较多等问题,设计一种均压电路。该均压电路仅由超级电容与开关管组成,省去了电压检测和电压比较电路,简化了均衡电路的控制电路。分析了该均压电路的工作原理,通过仿真结果表明该均压电路具有可行性。Due to the low voltage of single capacitor,supercapacitors are usually used in the energy storage system with multiple super capacitors in series.The voltage imbalance of each cell in the series supercapacitor banks will reduce the efficiency of the energy storage system and shorten the service life of the system.In order to solve the problems of high precision sampling circuit,complex equalization topology and magnetic components in the existing voltage equalization module of series supercapacitor banks,a voltage balance circuit is designed.The voltage balancing circuit is only composed of super capacitor and switch,without voltage detection and voltage comparison circuit,which simplifies the control circuit of the balancing circuit.The working principle of the voltage equalization circuit is analyzed,and the simulation and experimental results show that the voltage equalization circuit is feasible.
