摘  要:在激光清洗技术中,为了解决采用单一激光器清洗效果不佳的问题,研制了一种多支路微秒级激光器驱动电源。在硬件方面,该驱动电源采用时分复用控制技术,使各支路的驱动电流在时间上错开,达到互不影响的效果。在软件方面,对MOSFET传输特性数据进行分段拟合,提升了驱动电流线性度。通过性能测试实验表明,驱动电流线性度优于99.97%,长期稳定度优于4×10-5,具备驱动4种不同波长的中红外量子级联激光器的能力。最后,利用其对腐蚀的镀锌钢材料进行清洗测试,基本达到除锈的效果,验证其在实际应用的可行性。In laser cleaning technology, to solve the problem of poor effect of cleaning using a single laser, a multi-branch micro-second laser drive power is developed. In terms of hardware, the driver power adopts time division multiplexing(TDM)control technology to make the drive current of each branch staggering in time, so as to achieve no effect among each branch. In terms of software, piecewise fitting of MOSFET transmission characteristic data is used to improve the linearity of driving current. The performance test shows that the linearity of driving current is better than 99.97%,the long-term stability is better than 4×10-5,and the laser drive power has the ability to drive four different wavelengths of mid-infrared quantum cascade lasers. Finally, using it to clean corroded galvanized steel, the effect of derusting is basically achieved, and the feasibility of its application in practice is verified.
