摘 要:针对矿井下便携式用电设备电压规格不同导致无线充电系统异常复杂的问题,提出一种同时投切分压电阻和谐振网络的方法,实现无线充电装置多电压输出。首先,分析LCC-LCC/LC谐振网络数学模型,得到恒流与恒压输出特性;其次,根据当前时刻负载两端电压值,原边的控制器投切反激电路输出的分压电阻,改变谐振补偿网络输入电压;同时,副边的控制器对复合型LCC/LC谐振补偿网络进行投切,使蓄电池充电由恒流模式切换至恒压模式,从而为不同规格电压等级用电设备供电。最后仿真和实验结果表明,改进后的无线充电装置可输出12 V、18 V、36 V 3种等级的电压,并且恒压充电时电压精度不超过7%,切换时电压超调量5%,符合蓄电池充电要求。In order to solve the problem of wireless charging system complicated due to the different voltage specifications of the portable electric equipment in the underground mine, a method of joint switching voltage resistance and resonant network is proposed to realize the multi-voltage output of wireless charging equipment. Firstly, the mathematical model of LCC-LCC/LC resonant network is analyzed to obtain the output characteristics of constant current and constant voltage. Secondly, according to the voltage values at both ends of the load at the current moment, the controller on the original side switches the divider output by the flyback circuit to change the input voltage of the resonant compensation network. At the same time, the controller of the secondary side switches the LCC/LC resonant compensation network to switch the resonant network from the constant current output to the constant voltage output, so as to charge the electrical equipment with different voltage levels. Finally, the simulation and experimental results show that the improved wireless charging device can output three levels of voltage, including 12 V,18 V and 36 V,and the voltage accuracy is not more than 7% during constant voltage charging and 5% of the overshoot during switching, which meets the battery charging requirements.
