子宫内膜息肉宫腔镜电切术后辅以加减生化汤对患者子宫内膜厚度及复发影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨加减生化汤对子宫内膜息肉患者宫腔镜电切术后子宫内膜厚度及复发的影响。方法:将2017年1月—2019年1月本院收治的144例子宫内膜息肉患者按照随机数字表法分组各72例,均行宫腔镜子宫内膜电切术治疗,西医组术后给予妈富隆和醋酸环丙孕酮治疗,中西医组在西医组治疗基础上联合加减生化汤治疗。比较两组治疗前后月经状况、血清激素水平以及治疗效果、复发率和不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,中西医组月经量、经期、子宫内膜厚度、血清雌二醇、卵泡刺激素、黄体生成素水平均低于西医组,治疗总有效率(94.4%)高于西医组(81.9%),不良反应发生率(1.4%)和复发率(1.4%)低于西医组(8.3%、9.7%)(均P<0.05)。结论:宫腔镜电切术治疗子宫内膜息肉,术后联合生化汤治疗能更有效降低患者子宫内膜厚度及复发率,改善患者性激素水平和月经状况,且不良反应较少。Objective:To investigate the influence of adding or subtracting Shenghua decoction for treating women with endometrial polyps after hysteroscopic electrotomyon on their endometrial thickness and recurrence rate.Methods:144 women with endometrial polyps selected and were divided into experimental group and control group(72 cases in each group)according to the random number table method from January 2017 to January 2019.The women in both groups had received hysteroscopic endometrial electrotomy.The women in the control group were treated with mafulon and cyprogesterone acetate,and the women in the experimental group were treated with mafulon and cyprogesterone acetate combined with adding or subtracting Shenghua decoction.The menstrual status,serum hormone level,treatment effect,recurrence rate,and incidence of adverse reactions of women before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the menstrual volume,menstrual period,endometrial thickness,serum E2,FSH and LH levels of women in the experimental group were all significant lower than those of women in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate(94.4%)of women in the experimental group was significant higher than that(81.9%)of women in the control group,but the incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate(1.4%and 1.4%)of women in the experimental group were significant lower than those(8.3%and 9.7%)of women in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Adding or subtracting Shenghua decoction for treating women with endometrial polyps after hysteroscopic electrotomyon can effectively reduce their endometrial thickness and recurrence rate,and can improve their sex hormone level and menstrual status with less adverse reactions,so it is worthy of clinical application.
