移动式台车在苏布雷水电站螺栓球网架屋顶安装中的应用

摘　　要：阐述了苏布雷水电站钢屋架安装时因桥机的使用与主厂房机组施工发生冲突,在确保1#机主机正常施工的前提下,导致钢屋架安装进度缓慢。为确保后续2#及3#钢屋架安装的顺利进行,设计出移动式台车这种新的施工方法并将其用于屋顶钢结构安装,确保了厂房钢屋架的顺利安装,为苏布雷水电站提前发电创造了有利条件并取得了较好的经济效益,所取得的经验值得类似工程借鉴或参考。Installation of bolt ball steel roof relying on bridge crane disturbs the normal installation of turbines in main powerhouse of Soubre Hydropower Station.The installation progress of the bolt ball steel roof is effected when the normal installation of turbine Unit 1#is ensured.To ensure the smooth installation of the subsequent 2#and 3#steel roof,mobile gantry is designed and applied in installation of roof steel structure,which on one hand ensures the smooth installation of the steel roof,and on the other hand facilities earlier generation of the project,and brings sound economic benefits.The engineering practice in this paper provides reference for similar projects.
