摘  要:安谷水电站大机转轮为5叶片轴流转桨结构,散件到货,现场组装。先倒装装配轮毂体内桨叶操作机构,然后对已装配好桨叶操作机构的转轮轮毂翻身(以下简称转轮翻身)安装桨叶等部件。对于转轮轮毂体这类重大件的翻身是一项操作难度较大的工作,目前传统的安装方法是采用双桥式起重机或桥式起重机主副钩或桥式起重机在汽车吊辅佐下进行空中翻身。安谷水电站采用特殊的转轮翻身装置,实现了桥式起重机单钩翻身,可为类似电站桥式起重机及厂房厂安间布局设计提供了实践经验。Large Kaplan turbine with five-blade paddle structure is used in Angu Hydropower Station.The runner components arrive in bulk and are assembled on site.Blades operating device inside the hub is firstly assembled with the hub turning downside,then the hub with the paddle operation device is turned over for further installation of blades and other components.Turning-over of hub is difficult in operation.Traditionally,turning over of hub in the air is realized applying double bridge crane,or bridge crane with the assistance of mobile crane.In Angu Hydropower Station,special runner turning-over equipment is used,through which turning over of hub is done using bridge crane with single hook.This paper provides reference for the layout of bridge crane and installation space in powerhouse.
